DESIGNERS

Four Designer Gardens and Art Installations

The four invited designers, Haruki Shirai, Koichiro Nakatani, Hitoshi Taketani, and Dan Pearson, will display their full skills in a broadleaved forest of water oaks and Japanese elms over 70 years old, where the clear streams murmur. Each designer has chosen their respective favorite site, and is now developing an idea for the design. The art installations,Nobuho Nagasawa, will be exhibited in the Forest Garden. Please look forward to seeing what the collaborations of the artists with the Forest Garden can produce.
